Love the staff!! They went above and beyond for our mother! My mom was little bit of a handful but staff managed to make her feel good!! And she was ver grateful at the end! She told us we picked the right place for her!! Thank you! Hanford Post Acute!

This is an amazing facility. The staff members are very helpful, attentive and caring. We appreciate the care and compassion showed to my family. I would definitely recommend this facility to any family in need of care for their loved one. Their discharge planner is fantastic

Highly recommend this well run and caring facility!!! Its Director of Admissions, Ms. Nancy, is very efficient, caring, and responsive, and the staff is also kind, professional, and customer-oriented (i.e. if they don't know the answer to a question, they find out and get back to you with the answer). My dad spent a little over 3 weeks in this facility back in December 2021 and had a good stay. He became well enough to return home on Christmas Eve but got hospitalized again a couple weeks later and was discharged on 1/19/2... read more

I had the pleasure of spending a lot of my time at Hanford Post Acute in which I am very pleased with all the nursing staff along with the administration. They are beyond welcoming and they treat you as part of their family in which I love. Putting my loved one in a home would be extremely difficult but I wouldn't choose any other place then here to help get my family member back on their feet and well. Thank you Hanford Post Acute for making me part of your family.

Our dad 93 yrs young, need rehabilitation after a stay in the hospital. Going into Hanford Post Acute we found all the staff to be very kind and caring. They were always ready to answer our questions and make changes if needed. Therapy was excellent! We had a very good 6 week stay, making our family feel very comfortable being there every day that dad was there. Thank you Hanford Post Acute

Hanford post Acute is staffed with knowledgeable caring people who strive to make you feel comfortable. The place is Newley remodeled with great big rooms and plenty of sitting areas to visit friends and family . I Highly recommend hanford post Acute

My aunt was having some medical issues and was hospitalized and needed to get stronger for a surgery that needed to be done and we had no idea of where to send her for her to regain her strength; we knew where we DID NOT want to send her, so a family friend of ours recommended Hanford Post Acute-this was the best descion we made! My aunt was there for 1 week before she was rushed back to the hospital; the medical staff called us and notified us of what was happening. Facility has come a long way from what it used to be. You wouldn't recognize the place. They truly "make people better".

I've visited a few people here and I am very impressed. This place is clean (smells good). The staff is extremely helpful. Even the business office staff know the patients. And it was pleasant to be there. I appreciated being there and if it were my mother or family needing care I would definitely bring them here!
