Just visited a family member at Hanford Post-Acute Care Facility. I was genuinely impressed by how friendly, welcoming, and approachable the staff members were toward me, making the entire experience comfortable. The level of care they provided to my uncle was exceptional--attentive, compassionate, and thorough. I would also like to especially thank the social service director, Christina Davis. I've had to encounter this facility two separate times in my life one in 2015 and again now in 2026 and let me tell you it is a completely different experience. The staff is extremely nice. From the marketing team to the nursing team to the environmental service team, even the food smelled appealing for hospital like food. I was impressed with the facility, I would definitely trust them with my loved ones.

My mother was a resident at this facility for close to 3 months. I visited on a daily basis different hours and I can honestly say this is a place that feels safe and also through seeing my mom she was always happy and grateful to all the nurses. Her favorite times were playing Bingo and the freedom to be able to get fresh air outside in the mornings. I am a volunteer here at HPA. I bring my dog Piper to visit once a month and get to see how much the residents at HPA enjoy their stay. It's been a pleasure to see their smiles during my time volunteering. I am also a paramedic in the area It means a great deal to see people treated with kindness and respect
