I've stayed here for 4 weeks recuperating from a severe sprag to my right ankle. Was not broken only strained. I fell from a 2 ft step trying to reach a high shelf. Had to call 911 & was taken to St Agnes for xrays & ultrasound, spent the night then was brought here to Oakwood. I rate them 5 out of 5 stars, clean & safe. Food is great! Staff is caring & readily available. Physical Therapists are top rated in my book. I'm stronger than before my injury & plan to continue working out to get even stronger. I brought my uncle to this facility 3 months ago ....good experience...Wendy, Sunny and Debi were great along with others that dealt with him....Thank You guys...And GO TITANS...LOL

Very impressed! My grandmother was here for a few weekends and she had a great experience. Staff was attentive, kind, and informative. Thank you to Brett, Wendy, and all the floor staff for the great experience. This is the second relative that's been at Oakwood with a positive outcome. I highly recommend this facility for rehabilitation.

My mom had a knee replacement surgery and needed rehab afterwards. The therapist were fantastic and the nurses were very caring. We also enjoyed visiting on a daily basis. Would highly recommend this place for short term rehab.

I have dealt with Oakwood Gardens in two different capacities. First, I had a relative there for long term care and couldn't have been happier with the care they provided for her, especially physical therapy. The staff was always helpful and communicated well. Later, I have worked with the facility on a professional level as a vendor providing equipment to them. Their central supply staff member Marife is always very helpful and quick to order equipment when a patient is in need. Great place and people.

You know the saying "don't judge a book by its cover"? It's especially true for Oakwood Gardens. It's not a new facility, but the care and service has been great. My father has been in and out of the hospital since September and hasn't been home for 4 months. Each time, OG has been willing to work with us and take him back, all for continuity of care. The staff and facilities at Oakwood are superb. Everyone was kind and considerate to my uncle, proactively alert to changes in his health,ready to gracefully accommodate his sometimes out-of-the-ordinary requests. I visited him frequently and got to know many of the staff and his doctor, finding them warmly welcoming and cooperative in every way.
