My wife passed away on December 7th she only weighted 62 pd I fill like they starved her there. I kept telling them that she could eat but they wouldn't listen to me. And every time that I would call no one would ever answer the phone.

Awful place...their neglect nearly killed my hisband. Physical therapists were competant and caring. Nursing staff is terrible.

My mom was in Oakwood Gardens for about five days. She suffered from dementia and I would not recommend this facility for dementia because the nurse has an extremely high patient ratio and other then your loved one being fed and bathed regularly, he or she will be alone the entire day because the staff is too busy to get them out of the room. If you go to visit, hopefully the one family visiting room isn't occupied because you will otherwise have to visit in your loved ones room, which will irritate the other resident in the... read more

The Nurse Katie, level of negligence is unbelievable and her arrogance about her negligence is also unbelievable. We checked in our Mom and took her out 6 hours later, my mom had reconstructive knee surgery at the age of 74 so she need short term physical therapy. But this place is horrible, my mom wasn't given any pain meds for post surgery and they did not have acquitted supplies to care for her knees as well. Would NOT recommend taking your loved ones here at all! They completely neglected, verbally abused, threatened physical abuse and almost killed my grandmother recently. The nurse that almost killed her still works there as well and they don't care about anything that happened!!! It took her almost 2 days to become stable after what they did to her! Staff lacks compassion and have really rude attitudes. It was not my choice to have my grandmother there since her children are in charge. In my opinion it was not a good choice. This morning I visited. Pros: -They require visitors to be vaccinated or negative test. -They require masks be worn at all times. -It didn't smell bad. A red flag of any nursing home is a bad smell. These nurses do not take care of the patience in the facility. The supervisor does not make sure the nurses are doing their job. The want to get paid to do NOTHING!!! I'm so disappointed that Kaiser is affiliated with this place. I rate this place as a negative place DO NOT BEING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!!

Worst skilled nursing (if you can even call it that) facility around. The nurses knew nothing about my dad and his care. Most of them could hardly speak English. Luckily he is out and in a different much nicer place. This facility smells so bad I couldn't even breathe, the staff is rude and the building is old and gross.

My husband and I toured the facility last evening, for my mother in law. It was very unorganized and not clean. We went there because of the pictures on they're website and the reviews. The facility did NOT look anything like pictures, very deceiving!
