If you are looking for a moving company to take great care in handling your possessions PLEASE keep looking. My furniture was moved/stored for about 3 months and in such time and upon delivery to my home there was barely one piece of furniture that was not damaged in some way. The legs of several chairs looked like they were dragged through the gravel. The finish was completely rubbed off. Other pieces were dented , chipped, scratched, gouged and broken. The claim you filed on the few items that were damaged (5 pieces of furniture and misc items that you packed into a few boxes), was settled by the insurance company based upon the valuation coverage that you had selected. Had you purchased an insurance policy from an outside vendor your items would have been repaired by that insurance companies repair firm. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - YOU WILL REGRET IT. Trust me when I say that the few pennies they will save you over more well known movers well not be worth it. As they are lowballing their estimates and then charging you later. And maybe even that would have been okay- but worse happened.
