Do not use this company. They do not disclose all the requirements for extra purchases that will be necessary to protect your belongings and obtain compensation from their so called insurance company. We should have simply canceled when they pulled up in a rental truck. Three men, in t-shirts, one of whom introduced himself. The other two did not and we never did learn their names. Abolutely the worst moving experience. They have great reviews but I just don't see how that is possible.Many pieces of furniture broken and angry aggressive worker throwing boxes and complaining that he needed to be somewhere. Boxes and furniture were literally thrown on top of each other into a storage unit which is actually the largest one available but I cannot even get into it the way they did not organize at all. This company, I think specifically the owner, did nothing to address the issues I had with the move after I contacted them. The guys hap hazardously handled our items and ruined some items. They did not put our futon back together and we had to hunt for the hardware needed to do so. The worst thing is they got rid of one of our boxes with mostly kitchen items. I can not recommend this company because they did nothing to address the issues I had with the move after I contacted them.This was a very bad moving experience for us. Our dining room table had one of the legs broken, our large picture had the glass broken, hardware to put our bed together was lost, and they could not put our desk or bed back together. This company moved us out of our home after Hurricane Irma. Before they would move us back in we had to pay and sign off on the delivery. Little did I know I was signing off on the condition of the goods. It took almost three weeks to unpack everything (4,100 square foot home). They had initially charged us $2,900.00 for boxes and packing. When they were bringing the boxes back in I noticed that they had used recycled boxes from a local move in Alaqua. I'm going to keep this simple. Please, please do not use this company. They with scratch and break your things. They will even try to remove evidence like you won't notice. The will definitely take long then quoted. I've moved 5 times in the 7 years I've been in Florida. They are by far the worst I've used. Again.... please DO NOT USE!!

If you are looking for a moving company to take great care in handling your possessions PLEASE keep looking. My furniture was moved/stored for about 3 months and in such time and upon delivery to my home there was barely one piece of furniture that was not damaged in some way. The legs of several chairs looked like they were dragged through the gravel. The finish was completely rubbed off. Other pieces were dented , chipped, scratched, gouged and broken. The claim you filed on the few items that were damaged (5 pieces of furniture and misc items that you packed into a few boxes), was settled by the insurance company based upon the valuation coverage that you had selected. Had you purchased an insurance policy from an outside vendor your items would have been repaired by that insurance companies repair firm.
