Andrea Cohen was my tax consultant on paper but the reality was she was more than that. She is trustworthy, funny, just like you and me kind of person who knows how to deal with the IRS and take care of people like you and I. The team at 20/20 Tax Resolution have been a true answer to prayer. We thought that our issue with the IRS was resolved and when I found out that it was still pending I contacted 20/20 and they immediately got back in touch with our case manager and let her know.
