I started my tax journey with one of those “pay your back taxes for pennies on the dollar!” Commercials I heard on the radio. They took my money and did absolutely nothing for months. Overall, I’m satisfied, I know this took longer than expected and the IRS changed individuals handling this case, so that does not reflect negatively on your services provided. My biggest heartburn came over the cost, from what I was quoted to what I paid was probably double, but I also realize some of this is my fault as well. I was very pleased with Joe and James and the service they provided.

Basically Shiela and Mistee at 20/20 gave my case the individual attention it needed .. Literally their service has changed the complete outlook on my future, they stopped a state levy, got monies that were levied, returned, I cannot tell you how fast and professional they are results , results , results .. they did in 3 weeks what a huge LA firm couldn’t do in 1 year .. I have to say I was always skeptical of companies that said they could help you when you owe a lot of money to the IRS, and after many years of being stressed out and weighed down and using other tax resolution companies that promise to help and never did, 2020 tax not only gave me peace of mind through the process.
