I had worked with about 4 persons at 20/20, all of which were very professional, kind, and heartfelt 'people' not just robotic doing a job. I have been a customer for over 2 years, and they are still prompt to answer any questions. If you truly need the service, this is the company I recommend. I tried 4 companies prior and felt like I was a bad person because of the way I was spoken to. Thank you 20/20, and ALL your staff.
