I am new to San Antonio and was looking for a vet to put my cat to sleep due to kidney failure. Dr. Ruiz was so kind, understanding and respectful with my cat. Abbey at the front desk guided us through the process of choosing how to keep her remains, etc. and was also very kind and patient with my daughter and me. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic!

The loss of a pet is never, EVER easy, but the care that we received from absolutely everyone at the clinic made our heartbreak more bearable. We have taken all of our animals to St.Francis and the care has always been just as great. Thank you for taking such great care of our fur babies!

We had three elderly dogs pass very close to each other. Dr. Musquiz was very helpful and patient in making the decision to let Max go. Then our gigantapug Rufus got cancer and he was very kind and patient explaining the whole process to my son. Answering all of his questions before the procedure was done. I will always be grateful for that and will continue to trust Dr. Musquiz and his associates as long as I have pets in Texas. Staff has always been kind and helpful. And humorous. Thank you.
Doctor Musquiz (Gabe) and the staff that are at this location were there for both of our pups for over 10 years after we moved across town. I recently had to let go of my 16 year old Beagledore Gotti... Gabe and team fit us in to their day because they care that much about you and the health of your pet more than anything. We got to let Gotti go with a Vet that we love like family for all they have done for us over the years. I recommend St.Francis to anyone who loves their pet! I can't thank Dr.Musquiz and his staff enough for the care that was given to my dog. Anytime my dog had a need, it was met quickly. It's been a month now that we had to put her to sleep. It was the hardest day of my life but I take comfort in knowing we did everything we could for my dog to live a long, happy life. She was 16 years old. Thank you Dr.Musquiz for taking such good care of my beloved dog who was a part of our family.
