We went to St. Francis for a 2nd opinion for our Pomeranian. When we walked in, they had his name on the new pet welcome board. I thought that extra touch was super sweet and welcoming. They have a little coffee bar which I also thought was a nice touch. We were taken back right around our appointment time, we were very appreciative that we weren’t waiting very long. I was looking for a new vet and took my pet to St. Francis after being referred by a friend and it was a great first visit! They have a welcome sign as you walk in with the names of the new pets on it and it was just a pleasant feeling to see my dog’s name there as I walked in. But they have great customer service and have followed up in a very timely manner with everything needed at this point. I am very pleased with St. Francis!
20 plus yrs and care is still great! Highly recommend for family fur babies. Dr. Ruiz is like family…cares for them like his own.
Always provides great care for my cat and I love the transparency when the doctor is diagnosing and delivering information to me. I’ve also had a fantastic experience when it comes to getting an appointment in a hurry. Would recommend anyone to pay them a visit.
St. Francis is the best! My pug, Walter has been seeing Dr. Musquiz since he was a puppy (7 years ago). He is an excellent doctor. He always takes his time during appointments and thoroughly explains any concerns or recommendations. I always feel comfortable asking questions about Walter’s care. You can tell he really cares about all his pet patients.
