Vet is very knowledgeable, takes the appropriate time to listen to our concerns, examine our dog(s), orders and interprets diagnostics (when needed). My German Shepard/Akita had a bad ear infection. I called and they were booked for that day. Other clinics pretty much said “you’re out of luck”. The staff @ St. Francis were concerned enough to ask about my concern and made time for my Bella next day. She is doing a lot better and is on the road to recovery. This is the second time taking Bella there and they’ve been great both times ❤️

They treat your babies like family. No rushing you. They ask questions and most of all listen to my concerns. Having lost paw babies before due to age, in my mind I am always on guard to protect the new pack. Asking so many questions. They never tire of my nonsense. They are kind and caring. I would pay anything to take them to St Francis of Assisi because they will always be the same. I have been going there for at least 15 years. Highly recommend St.Francis! They have been treating my Animals for years. We recently lost a cat if 17 years and they were very kind and empathetic. The staff is kind and professional and Dr.’s are amazing. Thank you for the great service! ❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻

The team was great! Dr Ruiz was able to work me in on Saturday when my regular vet didn’t have time. My kitty was straining to urinate and was very uncomfortable. Appreciated them taking the time to evaluate him before just saying I needed to go to the emergency clinic. Thank you! Monster is feeling much better today!

This place is amazing. Dr. Martinez was extreme professional and explained everything in detail where we could understand our pets options. She provided more detail than my pediatrician provides during normal visits. They were also amazing with flexible payment options. They did whatever it took to make sure my pet was cared for and out her as the main focus of the visit. I’ll be going to them from now on as we were so impressed with our experience with St. Francis
