Your front desk staff is very pleasant. The waiting room is WAY too small and crowded for the volume of patients being scheduled and helped at this location. I feel as though I am sitting on the individual’s lap next to me and in their personal space. Many go outside for breathing space when weather permits.
I've been coming here about a month. I love the place. The front office staff and nurses are very nice and helpful. I see Dr. Ulrich and love him. He wants me to succeed and listnens to my concerns. He really cares about me as a person and a patient.
Although there is usually a wait, the staff, both front office and back are very friendly and professional. All the girls are great-Justina and Jules are amazing! I can’t say enough about Dr. Reddy-He’s helped me get and stay clean and always has a minute to say something good. I know I always feel welcome when I come there, and it’s nice to meet people who are also interested in staying clean and sober. All in all, for a weekly doctor’s appointment, it’s really great! Thank you!
Everyone was very nice and helpful without making you feel aquward. Except the first nurse you meet that has you submit the U.A. She either has bad days or doesn’t like the clientele that office works with. The Dr is really great and the front desk clerks are sweet.
The front desk staff is always courteous and accommodating. My personal therapist is a gem. 2nd Chance is just what it says, if one will do his/her share of the work. Thanks.
The staff is consistently kind, thoughtful and helpful. Dr. Ulrick is a professional who strives to help all who enter his office, with a calm demeanor and positive outlook for each of our unique situation. Thank you all and have a very Merry Christmas.

Doctor Reddy SAVED my life and I can not thank him enough all the people that complain about wait times and ect NEED TO SHUT IT UP!!! your there so the man can help try and save YOUR LIFE; idiots, maybe few hours of your day for LIVING A HAPPY HEALTHY LIFE!!! Also quit taking out your shit on nurses they have to wait just like rest of us so maybe bring it down a notch an be thankful for what they do for you!!
