Dr. Reddy is a true quality doctor. I would recommend him to anyone- he very much cares for every single one of his patients.

I have called no less than 3 times with everyone it has taken 20 minutes before I was even able to talk to a NURSE. A robot answers and tells you to wait, then when the phone is answered they put you waiting for at least another 10 minutes. Outrageous!! What has happened to go ole customer service. I've been in the customer service business and I wouldn't have had a successful business if I treated my customers like this. If 2nd chance was the only care business in the valley I wouldn't go to them again!
Would not recommend that any of my friends who have more severe cases of similar or the same mental illnesses as I do, whether they be common ones or otherwise. The Nurse Practitioner, Amanda Long told me that there was not much she could do to help me manage my mental illnesses, tried to put me on addictive medications for a disorder she diagnosed me with without any proper assessments, knowing that patterns of addiction run in my family. RUN DON"T WALK FROM THIS PLACE.
Drived 45 min this morning to a confirmed (with second chance system and my insurance) 9:30 am appointment for my wife. It took more than 50 mins and the front still cannot verify the insurance through some 3rd party system. I called my insurance again to confirm the doctor is with the network and pass onto phone to the front desk but she still refuse to let wife to see the doctor. After several rounds of talks. Simply horrible. The reception staff is equally as careless and incompetent as their "psychologists/ psychiatrists". Namely, Cristina (front desk) and (Dr Skelton). My appointment was literally, 3 hous late and spent about 6 hours total to get nothing accomplished. Careless is the best word to describe my experience. If you're looking for help, I would consider looking elsewhere.
