I just cannot understand 4+ hours to wait from your appt time. Even with 1 doctor, you should be able to see at least 5 an hour. Especially, weekly appts.
Last visited I waited 2 and a half hours and my 2nd visit was 1 and a half and I got pissed off and left why have appointments if they mean nothing.
This was my first visit to the phoenix office. Got off work at 1:30 to be seen. Arrived at the office a little after 2:00 we have never been to this area before we were afraid we were going to be late. Anyways appt was at 3:00 and the girl at the Gilbert office that scheduled the apt said to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. We sat there till 5:00 and the receptionist still didn't know how much longer it would be. She told me the appts for rechecks are 15 min and new pts 30 min.
