Crew very nice and friendly veterinarian was very informative sorry about the scratch from Suge she was just nervous and she wasn't even paying the bill lol. speaking of bill the visit was costly and the surgery will be also total a little under 2,000 but she needed it all and you can't put a price on your pet (family member) and we were behind on shots etc but the staff helped me out in discounts thank you for that I believe my girl is in good hands thanks everyone
Wonderful experience with every person there from the first phone call on. Dr. Smith and all the staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. I recently moved to Indy and was nervous to have to find a new vet but am so grateful to have found 30th Street Animal Hospital!
My cat Happy become ill and hasn't been eating for the last three day's as I noticed she was also dehydrated at this point, Thank goodness they had a cancelation for me to come in and see Happy for her care. I'm very happy with the knowledge of Dr. Sam Smith DVM and I like to say thank for a loving and gentle exam to my cat for her urgent care and treatment. I also like to mention and say thank you to all the staff for being helpful and friendly and I would recommend 30th Street Animal Hospital to anyone.
The team was great! From scheduling an appointment for my new rescue, being greeted when we walked in, and being seen by the assistant and doctor i felt we were in great hands! the friendliness was top notch!
Valentino and Donnatella have always received the best Healthcare from our Friends and 30 Street Animal Hospital. With Valentino turning 9 soon and Donnatella turning 6 it was important to find Healthcare that is Reliable, Professional, and most of all Compassionate about their patients. Dr. Smith is the most thorough veterinarian I have encountered. He is very patient and understanding. Because, I admit I can be a real piece of work, when it comes to my babies. I think it's hard being in the medical field myself but I am so GLAD I have entrusted my herd to Dr. Smith at 30th Street Animal Hospital.
The staff are amazing. Love how they took care of my pups explain everything with detail. And showed us price before moving forward with pups treatments. They where able to get us in quick the first time it was a short notice and I was worried. Again they were ver helpful even over the phone.
The level of care from Dr Barnes and team is unmatched. Very thorough and genuinely care for each pet patient. Wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else
Efficient, friendly and clear. I need candor when it comes to my pet's health since I tend to worry about unnecessary concepts but I do believe Dr. Barnes guided us in the right direction following my cat's adventure in the wilderness after 7 weeks. I went home feeling relieved to know where my cat stood.
