I've always had good experiences with 30th Street Animal Hospital and I've been coming for 9 years. TC's customer service (& phone call follow ups), the friendliness of the staff & the options of care that are available (w/pricing beforehand). I also appreciate the recently implemented membership programs. I recently have signed up for one to take advantage of it. I have two nervous dogs and Dr. Barnes is always great with them! I cannot express how much we love Dr. Barnes and the rest of the team at 30th Street Animal Hospital. From the basic phone call, and hearing TC's wonderful voice on the other end of the phone, to coming in with a sick or healthy puppy - I am always leaving feeling that my dog was treated by the best, with the love and attention my dog and I need. My cat Ralph, recently became infested with fleas. We tried everything to get rid of them. I thought they had a shot to give to the animal. But they didn't. They gave us more topical treatments. We will try this treatment again and will see what happens. The office staff and the vets were so nice and very knowledgeable about their jobs. Dr. Sam, which is his first name was wonderful. Lobby very tired looking. Staff very nice. Wait was nearly a half hour. As most vets these days, they do recommend you purchase things, ie lab tests, 6 mo check ups, etc. that I don't think my healthy mutt really needs...however, didn't feel too much pressure.

We were greeted at the door and taken in right away. I was very impressed with the service. The doctor and staff are very good with the animals. I received a call about visit the night before about COVID process.

Everyone was so nice! We were greeted immediately and although they were running a little behind, the attention they showed to my dog was worth the wait! They were gentle and kind and every single person there talked to me and paid a lot of attention to my Reese! She loved that!

Love this vet! They know us by name and we only started going here 4 months ago. The vet Kelly is good about follow up calls to check up on our kitty after appointments.

I loved this place! The client services people were so nice and friendly and OMG the Vet was totally the BEST! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am a driver with Celadon Trucking and am actually from Spokane, Washington; so sometimes before I am home, I need a vet to check over my Lola! This is my go to place here in Indianapolis; now! Thank you!

This says it all: our dachshund gets excited when she knows she's going to the vet. The vet! That's because each and every person at 30th Street Animal Hospital cares deeply about the health and happiness of our little baby doll. They make her feel safe and comfortable, and ensure she feels like the queen of the ball (which, of course, she is). They provide us with the information we need to be good pet parents, checkup on our baby after procedures, and treat us like family. 9,765 stars for 30th Street Animal Hospital!
