T.C. and Dr. Barnes are the best! Dr. Barnes took such good care of my girl Oakley when she had renal failure. She called me at home to check on Oakley several times and even after she went to doggie heaven, she called to check on me & sent a sympathy card. Love her! Just recently I called for my 5-yr old daughter Sierra who was relentless and insisted I call the vet to fix her new 'rubber'toy froggie. Love this clinic! The staff is very caring and makes you feel like family. Dr.Barnes is very thorough, and you can tell she has a real passion for what she does and is great with all my furry children! Just recently, I took my 11 year old Giant Malamute that could barely walk due to his severe arthritis and inflammation, and, after testing and evaluating, Dr.Barnes prescribed meds, and I am amazed at how much better my dog is doing! Kelly (vet), Kim (tech) and TC (customer service) are an awesome team. They are unfailingly kind when caring for our cat and two dogs and dealing with us. They talked us through putting a pet to sleep last winter, something I had never dealt with, and managed to take most of the guilt out of the process. TC is a customer service superstar. Seriously, if you live on the east side and own animals, you need to go to 30th Street Animal Hospital.

My Emotional Support dog was very sick, I took her to 30th St Animal Hospital but they didn't want to see her because I didn't have CASH. At the time I had Embrace Pet Insurance but they wouldn't even consider waiting a couple of days for my insurance to pay. They wanted CASH. I did have $100 on my account that I was starting to put back for my dog's surgery to remove two molars and they did use that, they took her back...by herself to see the Vet. I went to a first time visit at this location paid $169 for first shots services, been up since 2 AM with Zuri she can't walk doesn't want to go to the bathroom and threw up all the medication. They didn't care they just demanded I pay an additional $68 or it was nothing farther they could do for my pup.. I am really disappointed in the services. I feel like they did not care about her health or well-being.. it's all about the money !! my pup is still laying here feel bad

Please don't bring your pets here if you want them to live a long and healthy life. My 8 year old dog was diagnosed with kidney failure and she needed treatment. BEFORE they would even treat her, they demanded a sizeable deposit. Thank God I had all of the money because they wouldn't have treated her otherwise. She died a week later. I wasn't going to euthanize her there so I took her to VCA. They were incredibly kind and I will bring my dogs there from now on. So I was unhappy with the fact that I was charged $243.00 and my cat is still sick. He's had this same problem before and I faxed over records to prove that. I called ahead and asked that they give him a Convenia shot. I also asked that his ears be cleaned and inspected for mites. They wouldn't give him the shot saying it was unsafe.
