We had such a great experience with 50 Floor. The whole process felt easy and comfortable, and we never felt pressured. Everything was explained in a way that just made sense. Installation day went really smoothly. The team showed up on time, worked hard, and treated our home with care. We are honestly so happy with how everything turned out. The floors look beautiful and completely changed the feel of our home. I would absolutely recommend them.

We saw Douglas today to get pricing for flooring of two rooms. He was very personable and nice to work with. He gave us great options and recommendations and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with him. He did not try to pressure or push anything on us which was appreciated and we have booked our installation with them!

I initially wrote a one-star review because I was upset with the way the company communicated with the installers and with me and the added charges at the time of install after quoting me a high price to complete the job in the first place was a little upsetting to me. I explained all this to the local company, but they insisted I pay the balance.
