It is with regret and reservation that I write this review as doing so is out of my character, however given the circumstances, this is the beginning of the only resolve I can think of at this point. good installation but good luck getting service if something goes wrong, twice i have been scheduled repair and both times repair did not show up as promised, latest date said I would be later in the day, but they had promised 8AM, guess they need to take care of new installs before existing customers, poor customer service and communication. I had to call them both times when they did not show up on time. Would not recommend!

We will never use this company again. The sales people were great and promised to be just a phone call away if we needed them, but that didn't happen. The installers were given bad info about what was to be done, they broke our elevator and refused to get it fixed; they were careless with moving things and took the sheet rock off of one wall and put a gouge in another; and they left us without a bathroom for 3-4 hours.
