I love my new floors after a few minor flaws were corrected. There was a lot about the process I was not aware of, but overall the installation company did a great job. Also, Heather gave me a follow up call to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

I scheduled an appointment online with 50 Floor to get a quote for replacing the carpet in my family room. I received confirmation via email, along with a text message from the sales representative responsible for my request, confirming they would be here today, July 1st, by 3:00 PM as scheduled. Five Spanish speaking men showed up the morning of installation. I was promised someone would speak English. Communication was almost impossible. I have to say the floors look pretty good but MANY THINGS UPSET ME!! They didn’t clean up good at all leaving many areas for me to do. They scraped the wood off the bottom of my bedroom chest of drawers. They broke off a piece of my new living room sofa. Took up both toilets at the exact same time which should not have been done!
