DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company will take your money and run. Since having our floor installed less than 2 years ago the flooring comes apart and they will not replace. In addition to that they did not finish the installation of our stairs and left damaged broken piece. The photos speak for themselves. Spoke to Dana and the nashville branch multiple times with empty promises to call back and make the repairs. On March 26, we ordered carpet and installation for a new room in the house and bedroom carpet for our motorhome. The salesman assured us they could do the motorhome (it isn't difficult), so we scheduled installation for 16 April. On 16 April, installers arrived and showed them the room in the house and the area in the motorhome. The installer said he didn't know how to do the motorhome. We had our floors installed around two moths ago and after about a week we noticed some places in the floor that looked like maybe they left something under the new floor when they laid it and it looks like a bubble in the new floor. We have contacted the manager Dana Mason several times and he has promised that he would get someone out to repair it several times but we still have not seen anyone. Were told about their lifetime guarantee for their flooring when we had it installed. Around 7 years later the flooring is peeling and cracked. After trying to get 50floor to help us for 6 months now, we are being told they don't work with the manufacturer any more and we can try contacting them to see if we can get them to fix our floor.
