Were told about their lifetime guarantee for their flooring when we had it installed. Around 7 years later the flooring is peeling and cracked. After trying to get 50floor to help us for 6 months now, we are being told they don't work with the manufacturer any more and we can try contacting them to see if we can get them to fix our floor.

Horrible experience with 50 floor. Floors were installed December 2022, soft spots, floors left dirty filthy, baseboards replaced gaping from wall, no edging around fireplace surround. Crew no showed twice when they were supposed to come and repair floors. Boards then started to separate in the kitchen while waiting for replacement. Inspector out twice, first report was "lost" so he had to come back out and re-inspect the same thing and submit a new report.
