I'm NOT a creature of habit when it comes to food. But, again this time. EH.
Horrible service!!! The only good thing was the manager who comped some of our food and gave us a discount. We waited 35 mins with 4 adults and 3 children under 7 for them to clean a table. A table that had been empty. Took forever for our bar drinks to come and when they did all 4 were wrong. The food took forever. And a children's meal was delivered to the wrong table, remade and then forgot.
If there were a way to give 0 stars & still write a review, I would. This is actually the 3rd visit in a row in the past few months & each time there's been an issue. From hair in our food on 2 separate visits to tonight's visit of HORRIBLE service for our family gathering (table of 7). What was supposed to be a time to celebrate & make memories was completely ruined by our experience tonight. Service was bad after spending 144.00 over charged and couldn't get the manager to even talk to me
Went there last night to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday. They told us the wait would about 2 hours, but usually that is never the case at most restaurants. They say an 1-2 hours and you are usually seated within 45mins. Not at this place. They completely ruined my daughter's special day. We waited an hour then asked how much longer and the hostesses were so rude and said, "it's only been 58mins you have to wait". Dirty utensils, slow service, we were seated next to a crying baby, server forgot about us. Love the restaurant just not today!!!
Worst service ever...... had to track down the waiter 3 times.... it was not crazy busy... messed up our orders.....
Waited 15 mins server never came to our table. Left and had dinner elsewhere.
