I am a pretty easy going person to wait on. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m 56 years old and maybe I’ve sent my food back once. Tonight I sent my steak back. The only person that helped was not even assigned my table. The first steak I had was terrible and the one it was replaced with was barely better and not cooked correctly. The steak I ordered was supposed to be the best on the menu. I’ll never eat or recommend this place.

The soup was not great. They got our order wrong twice. They took forever to seat us. I had to ask for water after sitting their without one for a while... This place doesn’t care about training their wait staff... I left $1.50 tip. And I use to be a waitress for goodness sake.

Service was horrible. We (party of 10) started with one server which took long to give us drinks, and took even longer to take our order. After our order was taken we got a new server. The new server was a female who had attitude. My daughters food was undercooked, she stood there rolling her eyes while I brought it to her attention. We never got bread and butter or did we get asked if we wanted refills. When we asked for our checks, she got everyone's ticket all wrong. THIS PLACE IS OFF THE CHART S SOMEONE NEEDS TO REPLICATE THIS PLACE DOWN TO THE LAST THING. SERVICE WAS BEYOND STELLAR. IF YOU WANTED ANYTHING BAMB YOU HAD IT NOT LIKE MCALLEN HAVING TO BEG BARTENDERS FOR A REFRESHMENT. 54TH STREET GRILL HAS HIT A GRAND SLAM.

Ordered bar drinks... Food stuck to the outside of 1st glass, 2 glass got sent back because the glass was so dirty you couldn't see through it, 4th glass I just gave up. My friend ordered a wine and specifically told our server to MAKE SURE THE GLASS IS CLEAN! The manager (Stephanie) brought the wine to the table... There was lipstick ALL around the rim. The drinks were good but not enough to go again. There was 4 in our table and two of us waited on our wings forever. We all ordered the same thing and repeatedly asked for ours. Ended up taking them to go!

Server did not write down our whole order as a result two plates were served then the rest of the order was placed. With the kitchen. “Sorry I didn’t write your order down” was the passing comment. She never checked our drinks, we had to flag other servers down for drinks. Then after asking for our check it took 15 min to get it. “Sorry I had to go to the restroom” was response when she finally brought it.
