I have to say although the food was good, the service was absolutely horrid. They were busy tonight but not overly especially seeing how many servers per table tops there were. We were seated and waited about 10 mins before greeted by our wait staff team member. Then another 8mins for our 3 waters and kids sprite. Had dinner with a group of about 14 people. We arrived late to our party. When we arrived the waitress informed us we had to pay for everything upfront like at a fast food restaurant before anything even reached the table. So we asked well we are gonna pay for 3 drinks upfront she said you can't cause they will just make them right then. Well long story short we left. Mind we visited this restaurant two times that week. I guess we will find somewhere else that doesn't run it like a fat food place.
Horrible service, went with coworkers as a unit. Multiple mistakes, took 20 minutes to get beverages, and 40 minutes till our food arrived. I noticed my entree was missing the Baja bites so I tried to tell the manager the entree I ordered is missing food and she told me I was wrong that it didn’t come with the Baja bites when in fact it did. None of our orders were discounted nor did the manager apologize for 4 wrong orders.
My experience with 54th was very good except the waitress was off she never came to refill drinks, never showed consideration, never cleared the table for my birthday cake we waited too long the best experience was the food it was ok my nieces food was served cold had to send it back trying to find words of thanks can't find them
Service was a bit better. ... This place can inprove a bit more....
