We had the most Amazing time at 54th street! Our HH was a blast and we had the best server ever!! AJ THANK YOU FOR TAKING SUCH GREAT CARE OF OUR GROUP!! Our group hasn't been together in about 2 months... vacations.. working out of the country and sickness!! We are appreciative of the great care, the pictures and service you gave us tonight!! Thank you!! thank you !! For helping us have a great time at your resturant ! And of course putting up with our EXCITEMENT !! AJ your truly the BEST!'

Great food and good service. Angel was great with not letting my drink get too low. She checked in on me every three minutes and the atmosphere was good especially for late eating.

That I ordered from Ubereats, I was afraid of sogginess or it being cold. NOPE. It was amazing!! Just as I remember. Only in San Antonio for one day and knew exactly what I wanted for dinner. I ordered calamari and buffalo chicken salad Amaze balls!! If you're thinking "man $16 for a salad?!" Pppfft you have spent on more for crappy and less filling things. WORTH it!!!

We have been coming to 54th street bar and grill since off an on 2015, although we always have good service and food. This evening was exceptionally extra special, our waitress AJ made the bar very high fo her co workers and other waitresses at other restraunts her mannerism was exceptional and etiquette was on point. 54th for us has been a while so we decided to dine in after a long day at our offices. The food was good! Indulged a refreshing Yuengling Lager with a perfectly seared through rare eight ounce sirloin! Our server was great.

We arrived at 9:00pm after a long day of working on the yard, running errands and shopping, the food and drinks were great but what made the evening special was our waitress Bianca as she assisted us with the menu ensured our order was perfect. She claimed she was brand new but she was great! Thank you for making our long day special.

Stopped in bar twice during business trip. Lunch special half turkey sandwich and their steak/bean soup $10. The sandwich was served on a French roll - fresh and delicious. Soup had a good flavor with chunks of beef but too salty. Second stop for dinner next night. Bar was busy. Sat at bar ten minutes no service. Decided to leave.

I've been here plenty of times before But today was the first time I felt the need to actually leave a review. Paul was our server, an absolutely stand out guy who takes care of you at every second, checks on you over and over again and my wife ordered a dish and she didn't realize it came with extra Parmesan cheese and she said that she didn't expect Parmesan and they sent it back and the manager Hector came and checked on us immediately and asked if everything was OK as if they had made a mistake when in reality it was us ... read more

Food is great but the service is underwheliming. They seem to hire college students who stand around and ignore their customers. We waited for our waitress named Emily to come back and ask us for another round of drinks. She never came back and we finally went up to the bar only to be told she would get Emily from the back.
