My fault ...... I've gone twice before ... and my hubby asked are you sure and I said Yes.... service at this location is terrible!!!!! Ask for mayo ... never got it....asked for Ranch for it at the end of the meal.... my dessert never came had to ask for it to go. Went for the first time Wednesday evening for my neices birthday. 17 of us, each family had their own wait staff, service was poor, needed refills couldn't get them, I ordered steak, it was OVER seasoned, and not cooked the way I wanted. And actually it had a weird taste... notblike steak at all. When I told the waitress she made excuses. She asked if I wanted a to go box? Umm no I do NOT like it why would I take it home? The wait staff and food were great. The atmosphere was overwhelming to say the least. The music was so loud I couldnt hear my husband sitting across from me and the decor...holy only! Every. Square. Inch...coverwd with something. Just too much stuff.
Incredibly rude and poor server. I have visited this restaurant several times, and I am very disappointed in the rude and slow service I received with a client I took out to dinner tonight. I couldn't wait to get a to go box and leave. I rarely give negative reviews, but this was a disappointing experience. My advice is don't waste your money here!
My daughter ordered the kids meal steak. She ordered it medium rare. It came very well done WITH a "grocery price tag sticker" cooked on to the actual steak. The waitress was great. But when the person above her came over he offered her a free dessert. Great. She sat there for another 20 minutes while the rest of the family ate. Her new steak came out. Waitress was slow getting to us and getting our order. Food took awhile to come out, then my burger was supposed to be done and it was still pink inside. Everyone else's food good though. They did have a good Gluten Free menu including appetizers and buns!
Frist time at the place , enjoyed it from start to finish. Had the cool hand Luke cooked my way. I just didn't have time to be picky too much food to order. So I'm going to be going back till I finish with the meun . The wait staff was on point no let down.
The place was dirty we were served dirty silverware this is the Second time we have been there and it's been total failure I will never ever eat at this nasty restaurant again manager was freaking Mr let me tell u a lie he defended his staff when the restaurant was absolutely empty it was a guy that served us soup his hair was long till his ass his beard was down to his Neck-did not have a hairnet or a beard net please save your self a hefty tab go somewhere else not this horrible place Manager totally Worthless....food tast... read more
