Terrible mgmt and poor customer service. Great food.
Came in with a party of 9. The place was empty, tons of empty booths and tables. Told 45-1hr wait with no explanation. That's cool, too many choices around here, to get crummy service here, before even being seated.
First of all we are normally complainers... I have worked as a waitress for many years. Me and my husband went there tonight. The girl at the front was not friendly at all. We get seated wait... wait ... wait finally our waitress come up and gets drink orders. Come back with drinks and we order our food. We decided to get a beer and margarita so she puts that in. Gringo dip is great, the fried pickles should be made from hamburger pickles, the pickle spears don't work. They taste like fried cucumbers. Atmosphere is the best sports bar in town
The food and drinks were really great. But our waitress never came and refilled our drinks then i ordered a mix drink when i got my food it didnt get there till we were almost ready to leave and thats cause i told her never mind on the drink i ordered when i got here..then she says oh its been up there...like should i go get it myself ?? Food great , drinks , great.... service you really sux !! Then no toilet paper in restroom !!
The food was alright but It took them an hour and a half to fix my meal and deliver...
The waitresses were horrible. We had two waitresses and couldn't get service. They didn't ask us about our food. They didn't get us any more drinks we had to finally tell them and then the waitress got a little hateful with us in her own little way. A manager I think came by and he did is good and we appreciate that so much. Thank you.
Hated it...is not the word but I give this restaurant one star. Wait staff need to practice a little more...focus on your surroundings...be more observant.. smile a little more & watch your tips increase..look for even the smallest things that will make you stand out as you approach your customer...I know this is only a sports bar & grill but make your customer feel like royalty. Apply a soft fragrance to yourself before you begin your shift.. take pride in what you do
