Maria s needs some help. I am a server myself and the experience was awful. We first ordered 2 Michelobs. My gf got hers and i didn’t. Then we ordered fry me some cheese. Which the menu clearly states it comes with cheese bites and cheese sticks . She said we had to pick one.... my food came out 15 minutes before my gfs. I had to flag her down to go get hers. She brought random vegetables to the table. I understand that she might be new but not one person was shadowing her or helping. Won’t be coming back because of Maria
Last night we had food delivered through Uber Eats from 54th Street Grill & Bar. We only received a salad and appetizer. Our entrees were missing. How did our driver not realize that he only had two very light containers of food? We ordered at least $60 worth of food. I immediately report this in the Uber eats app and since I did not get an immediate response, I called the restaurant. Uber eats has always responded right away in similar situations. Just called to verify that the sound would be on for the two college football playoff games tonight. Well...I lost the bet. They will not have sound. I am taking my very large party elsewhere. Don’t advertise as a sports bar of you can’t do the simple sports bar things!
I went to this location. Sat at the bar and got a lemon water and margarita. Went and sat outside. Waited over an hour and never got asked for my dinner order. 9 other people were served while I waited. The bar tender even told the waiter outside I was waiting to be served. I left crying.
For some reason I have the hardest time receiving service if I come late. This is my second time visiting in the last week. The first time I was blown off by several waitresses when all I was trying to do was pick up a to-go order. I come tonight and can’t even place an order because every section I’m seated in is closed. All I wanted to do was have a cocktail with a few appetizers. I guess the workers had other plans. Oh! Let me not forget to mention how often I order from them via DoorDash. This is a huge let down!
I usually love the food but, tried the carne asada taco (which apparently are new) and are now good. I definitely wasted $14 on this meal and was incredibly disappointed. I told the waitress it was not what I expected and all she said was “okay”. These tacos are on a horribly made corn-flour taco shell and the carne asada instead is basically the same as the meat they use inside their Philly cheesesteak. It was just awful and disappointing I had to pay for that meal.
Ability to bring correct orders at same time
Wait staff should check on the customer's order when it is served. One of our meals was missing and we waited over 15 minutes before I could catch him to ask. It was at least another 15-20 minutes before she got her dinner while we sat nibbling awkwardly on our own plates. The food was ho-hum. Mistakes happen, I know, but an offer to comp or discount our ticket would have been greatly rewarded in the gratuity.
