Hire older help more knowledge
Our server was too busy being cute to the younger guys around. Not professional leaning on your elbows at the tables or knees in the seat while taking the order. vOur food was cold so sent the French fries and waffle fries back to be replaced. The quality of the food is always good and menu selections are great. Just need a little more training on what is acceptable behavior for a server.
Horrible service, didn't get all of our meal and still had to ask two more times to get it. Shammy W needs to work on her customer service because she is rude and sarcastic. We we're giving an $8.00 entree certificate and giving more sarcasm from Shammy W so my wife give the certificate to the hostess to give to another guest.

Lesley party of 4...... oh yeah, we left. waited an hour for a "15 minute wait". watched hostesses (who were obviously not hired for their customer service skill set) fall all over themselves for an adult kickball team, snicker about other customers as they came and went. calling one party every 10 to 15 minutes with at least 6 empty tables already cleared and ready.... watched another employee mumble to the hostesses in disgust or agitation after a family with a special needs child asked to move to the next table over and ... read more

This location has the worst customer service! We were told it would be a 15 min wait but we waited closer to an hour and watched multiple people / parties seated ahead of us. Of course they showed up after us. Heard several people complain that their app doesn't work to get in line. I'm so glad customers are there for your Hostesses enjoyment. I find that very unprofessional when making fun of customers as they walk through your establishment, for waiting customers to witness.

My family dined here maybe two weeks ago. The food was really good. However a few days after I saw on my bank statement an amount charged that I did not agree with. I pulled my receipt and low and behold I was right. I know I left 0 tip on my card as we tip cash. After the investigation it was shown that I did leave a 0 tip and my charge shouldn’t have been so high. So why is it this extra charge incurred anyway!?! Makes one wonder how often this happens and no one catches on..
