Loved the atmosphere and the decor is interesting. We shared the tater tots and they were good. I got sick 1st, then my daughter got sick, then my boyfriend got sick. I had cheese sauce, he had ranch dtessing, and she had ketchup (it was the tater tot). The lemonade was watered down. They could use more training for sure. See a lot of staff walking around. I will give it another try.

I ordered the sliced brisket sandwich. It was very tender, juicy and flavorful. My son ordered a bacon burger. He asked for the meat to be cooked well done. When he took a bite of his burger it was rare. The waitress profusely apologized and took the burger and fries back. The manager, Dennis personally came over and apologized. The waitress brought out the new burger and fries. The burger was medium well(in places more medium). She sincerely apologized and offered to have another burger cooked. Average food. Like a TGI FRIDAYS. Great service. Lunch during the week. Came out pretty fast. Nothing special but not awful except the ice tea was kinda awful with no taste.

Food is mediocre. We waited 10 min at the bar for at least one of the 4 dirty tables in the self seat cocktail area to be cleaned. I finally asked a manager (beard, light complected, large nose) if he could get a table cleaned up for us and his response was "yeah I already called somebody over here to clean" smh. Any good manager would of said yes and immediately helped clean off a table or at the least pretended he cared. It's disgusting having tables full of leftovers just sit there forever. This is our 4th time to go and it has been so good, but this time was awful! Service was horrible and food was sub par! We will not be back! So disappointed!

If you like Chili's, TGI Fridays, or Applebee's you'll love this place. Used the $10 off coupon they sent in the mail. I will say the service was excellent and cheese fries were decent. Everything else was subpar. I've had better frozen chicken fried steak. Mac and cheese was not particularly cheesy. The biscuit that came with my meal was terrible. I'd return to drink given they have great drink prices and service but would avoid eating here.

Online it says they close at 1am but kitchen closes at 12:00 am.

To whom this may concern, First off y'all got some major kinks you have to work out! First my husband called and he was told no wait, when we get there I said 7 adults and one child. They tell us it is going to be a 30 minute wait... how do go from no wait to 30 minutes when there was hardly anyone in front of us. Then when we get the seat we are lead to this table with 7 chairs. I ordered a cheeseburger, well done. It came out medium well, at most. We only had an hour lunch, so had to eat what I could. They did comp the burger, but honestly wasn't a good cheeseburger at all. The meat has fillers, could tell was a frozen patty. But, fries were good, and the service was great! Our waiter was David, I tipped him almost the cost of my cheeseburger, it wasn't his fault. Wasn't impressed enough to return.
