Worst service, food was okay our waitress was too busy thinking how pretty she was she never brought us water never came to help I had to go get her twice telling her things we needed she was absolutely horrible we will not be back you've lost a set of good customers and they were seven of us

My husband and I have been patrons of the establishment since it opened. We used to really like the food and the service. However, recently one of those things has fallen off, the food is now terrible. I think they might have changed providers, but the food no longer meets the quality of what they used to serve. We go to this restaurant pretty often since they offer a wide variety of foods. I was in the women's bathroom the other day and was waiting. Out comes a 54th server and ran out without washing her hands!

Service is horrible on the patio every time we come here....not sure why we continue to give this place our money. Almost every single time we come to this place we don't receive service for 20-30 minutes, and the only reason we receive service is because we have to ask...even though there are several servers on the patio serving other tables. They never even acknowledge us. It's unfortunate because this place has potential to be a great spot, but the service is not worth the time or money.

Rough experience via Uber Eats. Our driver arrived to grab our order and was told it was already picked up. High probability that the order was handed off to the wrong driver. Driver connected us with staff who were eager to pass us off by telling us to contact Uber...even though our driver was standing in front of them expecting the order. Ouch what happened to the place? got a prime rib dip ,and was disappointed to say the least meat was very clumpy like it had been frozen or something. bummer the first few times I've had it was awesome, and now I didn't even finish it. Second time here. We brought the entire family and were sorely disappointed. The food like the first time lacked flavor the burger was uber dry for all of us. The place looks great and the happy hour 9 - close is cool. Menu prices midrange but cool. Staff is rude - sat at bar - servers who bring food are rude. Don't just drop a plate with no words or even ask if it's the right person, If you're having a bad day in the service industry- go home. However, don't take crap from crap customers either!
