The place looks great and the happy hour 9 - close is cool. Menu prices midrange but cool. Staff is rude - sat at bar - servers who bring food are rude. Don't just drop a plate with no words or even ask if it's the right person, If you're having a bad day in the service industry- go home. However, don't take crap from crap customers either! Service sucks!!!!! Waited 15 minutes to not be seen at the bar , not busy with 3 employees behind the bar!!! Honestly embarrassing having to ask for service. Felt very unwelcome!!!! Since Elyse and Taylor left, there's no reason to return. And the food could suck all day long but the fact that we weren't even acknowledged, just makes us not ever wanna come back here again. Jarvis is not attentive nor was he nice. Ignored us all he could!! SAD

Host was rude. Nowhere it says your wait list time starts when you arrive which makes this whole process useless. When we arrived an hour after joining they told us it would be another hour. There are plenty other places in Cedar Park area to spend my money who will not be rude when I ask why the time was the same when i joined the wait list an hour ago.
Service is extremely poor!!! Please let your manager know how rude and disrespectful employees are on the phone
I hate that I have to give this review especially since we have been defending 54th street on Facebook lately. I guess the folks are correct. We were there two nights ago 6-4-25 to watch the lady horns play and had the worst service ever from Brooklyn at the bar. Even the people who sat next to us were complaining about her attitude when we sat down. I hope she learns a skill other than customer service and waitressing cause she lacks in those areas severely. I'm writing to express my continued disappointment with the service I received during my most recent visit to your establishment. As a longtime customer, I have consistently supported 54th Street and regularly order the Buffalo Chicken Salad, which I am very familiar with. Last night, however, I was served the wrong salad--with cold chicken--and when I brought it to the bartender's attention, I was told dismissively that "this is how our salads come." We used to enjoy coming into this restaurant, but lately the service has been very poor. Forgotten items from our order, not checking in on drinks or just a few of the faux pas. It's a lot of management dysfunction, letting servers stand around using their phones instead of waiting on customers. Not coming back here.

Disappointed... first off, we've been here before and thought it was good. Fast forward a couple years and it's gone downhill. We were seated without utensils but didn't think anything of it at the time. We ordered flavored ice tea and it was obviously regular tea with flavor added. Not a big deal with a couple swishes of the straw and it's mixed well. Someone brought our appetizer (not our server) and left. No utensils and no napkins.
