Disappointed... first off, we've been here before and thought it was good. Fast forward a couple years and it's gone downhill. We were seated without utensils but didn't think anything of it at the time. We ordered flavored ice tea and it was obviously regular tea with flavor added. Not a big deal with a couple swishes of the straw and it's mixed well. Someone brought our appetizer (not our server) and left. No utensils and no napkins. Arrived at 9:30pm on a Monday night and closing hours are 11:00pm. Host sat us, a party of three in the dinning room, a room that only had one other table populated. After about 10 minutes of zero interaction with staff, we had to go to a staffer that was cleaning the room to help find our server. During our wait, I saw one staffer seemingly wandering around and another that I interpreted as someone that had gotten off shift recently but was still walking in and out the kitchen and talking to other staffers. Waited for our food for 2 and a half hours my daughter couldn't even eat her food because she fell asleep from how late it was. Got told the machine servers didn't get our order. food was meh, bathroom was a mess there was pee everywhere on the bathroom. No one could even enjoy the food because everyone was hangry. Would not recommend coming with a big party seems like they couldn't handle it.

We ordered the Fajita plates, steak and shrimp. There was not much of any protein on the hot sizzling platter but there was about 2 tablespoons of grease at least. The corn tortillas were okay however the flour tortillas were dried out and old. This was not a good choice for us at $22 per person. After getting our food, the next time we saw the waitress was when she brought our check. We advised her of the issues and she said she would tell the kitchen. Order a burger without some items and it came out with everything on it. It was also cold. Watched other people come in after us and they got their food at the same time as us and they ordered at least 10 minutes after we did.

Second time coming here. Mainly sit at the bar. The guy with the long black ponytail rubbing his face and hair, disgusting. Never washed his hands and touching limes and lemons, etc. all over glassware. Also servers wandering around restaurant not knowing where the food they were carrying to which table. You all have a great place here, but what I saw tonight was kindof bad. Would we come back here, definitely.

Big mistake. Menu was exciting but we made the mistake of ordering via DoorDash. The food packaging seems conducive to sealing in steam which in turn made everything soggy. Also styro-foam container had melted. Also the door dash driver had multiple stops which didn't. We ''may' try this restaurant one more time in person. As to the food over salted and over-seasoned.
