I have been here a couple of times. Great selection of draft beers. Went yesterday with a friend. She is an Old Fashion connoisseur and said her drink was pretty darn good, even though they forgot the orange rind on the second drink. We usually sit in the bar area, as it is better than waiting for a table. Yesterday was no exception. Our waitperson, Rod, was extremely personable and funny. 5 starts to him! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolute worst customer service/restaurant experience ever received! Server didn't come to the table for approximately 20 minutes. Once given food, server never came back to ask if anything was needed. Manager then came with even poorer customer service and took no responsibility for the long wait time (over 20 minutes) for a refill drink. After a bad experience at Russo's we came here and had THE BEST customer service! The male host up front was polite and friendly and quickly sat us. Aidan was our server. He was very polite, friendly and experienced and went above and beyond to get our order exactly as we wanted. The food was fantastic. Overall a great experience today at a busy time. Imperessive shrimp platter; the shrimp were jumbo, cooked delicous and juicy, seasoned well with irresistible crunch. The only mistake I made was ordering brussels sprout as pair, cole slaw would've been perfect! On the other note, I understand why people dislike the ambiance here. Carpet on a heavily traffic area is just ugh. Will still come back for that shrimp platter though.

The food is good but the service is lacking. There isn't clear signage for to go ordering. I wandered in and eventually a server helped me by giving directions to the bar. After standing to the side looking for a menu, a patron who was very friendly got a bartender to pay attention to me. No introduction, asked me what I wanted without giving me a menu, huffed when I asked for one like it was a bother to do his job then I waited 45 minutes for chicken fried steak and a chicken dish. Love this place can't wait for them to open in Cedar Park . It would definitely be my to go place for happy hour or dinner. Their food is excellent. No matter what you order. And the service is very good. I am hooked like a fish. Lol.

atmosphere was blah... clean but uninspired. service was "ok" but not great. food was good - priced well - lunch specials are decent. Nothing makes you think "gee I have to go back" I would go back if others in the group were so inclined but would not go out of my way and there is nothing that would make me upset to not visit again. Overall experience: food-service-atmosphre - was average and nothing more

I love going to 54th Street. The food and ambiance are always nice. I really liked the chicken Madeira, Tater Kegs, Smashed Burger, and chicken tenders.
