Saturday night (1/18/25) we placed our order to be picked up at 6:26. I got there and after waiting in my car a long time, I went in and no one could find my order. I was going to place it again when they said they found the order but no food. I had to wait while it was cooked and then I got home and one item was missing. I believe I should receive a refund.

A friend and I had lunch at the Pflugerville location of this chain restaurant on a recent Tuesday. The restaurant is in its own building in a shopping center area. We arrived shortly before noon, but the parking lot was fairly full, with lots of pickup trucks parked facing out... which struck me as a bit odd. Tried to DoorDash an order! Waited over an hour and then they cancelled the order! Been here before and it was good...just don't order from them thru DoorDash! They suck at to go orders!

A really nice experience all the way around. We were greeted and seated promptly and courteously. The restaurant is nice and roomy. I hate when a restaurant crams so many tables in a space that it's difficult to move around. Nice happy hour menu! Crab cakes, Blackened Prime Rib and Double Smash Burger were excellent.

I came for the first time, and I sat at the bar, the service was horrible and an old gentleman next to me proceeded to masturbate. I reached out to the manager and informed her and nothing was done about it. straight disgusting

We enjoy this place and I usually stick to getting the club when we go. We usually sit at the bar and watch sports, and we love the surroundings, but we had others with us, so we sat at a table tonight. I always love my routine sandwich, but I branched out tonight and went for the Thai noodle salad with an added filet. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. Let me start off by saying coming here was a mistake. I decided to give this place another try with my family on Saturday and as previously stated it was a mistake. My Wife and I ordered the Fry Me Some Cheese appetizer because we got it for free. It was cold when we got it and we sent it back. Then I ordered the Ribs as my meal and lo and behold when I got them they were also cold. Enjoyed the outdoor seating option! Had the bacon burger with the egg and it was pretty amazing. Fries were good.. don't snooze in the gringo cheese dip! Yum! Our waitress was good and attentive and I have nothing to complain about her service . Atmosphere was relaxing and it was a great way to enjoy the evening. I would go back!

Overall: came to watch sports on a random night and ended up leaving with good happy hour choices. Would definitely come back. Ambience/Decor/Service: plenty of TV screens to watch what you're looking for between all the sports on tap. Servers are super understanding and not invasive just gauging if you need another beer or any more foods.
