Worst experience I have ever had. Ordered a well done burger and first they forgot to bring my food out with everyone else’s and then the first one was completely pink. Second one half pink half well done and the third one was a hockey puck. Had to ask for them to take 4 empty glasses off our table, my friends food was cold and waited forever for soda refills. My meal was free (good thing cause I never got to eat) and they gave me $12 gift card which I gave to my friends to use because I will never go back there again.

54th Street used to be my favorite casual dining restaurant, but the service at this location has continued to decline and I will never return to another 54th Street because of it. My wife and I walked out before we even ordered because we weren't even acknowledged by a server after being sat 10+ minutes prior.

Food came out fast, but some how just kinda warm which was weird. Server was inexperienced, but friendly. Had to ask for water three times (got it the third time). Steak wasn’t really all that good, pretty bland, and not very many fries with my dish. I kind of felt like I was eating a kid’s menu item. Veggie burger was good, lots of sweet potato fries on her plate. Now the fried pickles and the Long Island were great. In the end, just not really worth the price.

The service was bad. Food was cold and not even plated correctly. Drink refills were wrong. Glass was cracked all the way around. Took forever to pay the bill. The waiter was slow

Wasn’t happy that the Club 54 is not on the menu or the brisket sandwich. We drive a few hours to have it. Still the other choices we made was really good. Service was ok this time.
Poor Poor Service not by my server, when we were initially seated the area the host chose to seat us in was totally TRASHED, food, napkins all underneath the table, our server asked for someone to come and clean it, this poor kid who obviously has never been taught how to use a broom , so the parent in me used this as a teachable moment grab the broom and swept up the trash myself. I hated the Stake the food it was too salty and undercooked. I complained to the waiter but he did not get the manager involved.....
This is the second time I’ve been there. First time very happy. But this time flat out horrible. Food cold and server very rude. Would turn and and walk off while we were asking questions concerning menu. I felt we were at a fast food restaurant with the way we were rushed. What happened to refills of ice tea?? Won’t be back 😡
Went to this place for Easter, and the service was lousy, the server was not paying any attention to us, and to top it all off, one of the servers spilled some ranch on him, didn't say sorry, oh did I mention that we still had to pay for this crap. Way to go guys. I videotaped the whole thing, but my parents told me not to post it. But rest assured, I'll be let others know about this.
