We were a group of 9. We all had a good time but getting our food and drink was horrible. Drinks remained empty for a long time. It took them 3 steaks to get mine right. There was a mix up on another person's order at our table. One of our guest said the salad dressing was off. The manager did fix the problem and apologized. We could tell even he was embarrassed that the first 2 steaks that were suppose to be medium were well done.

Slow, forgetful, hot dip was cold but took us a while to get it, if I sent it back I'd never see it again.
We get to the check in and was told a 20 minute wait for two. No problem so we wait. We get called seats are ready. Table with no silverware. Waiter cimes promptly over and takes our order, ill have a coke Steph will have the tea no lemon... ill have the french dip steph having the cheeseburger will both have the cesor salad...someone else brings the dr pepper and tea with lemon. This was my last and final attempt to enjoy this restaurant and they FAILED me again! I went there to use a "free entree" coupon that I received the last time I ate there because I found a twisty tie in my wrap. So I was already weary of going there again due my last experience. I order the fiesta salad and found a BLACK CURLY HAIR in it! What are the chances of this happening again! Seriously NEVER GOING BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!! Look at your food before you eat it!!
