Not even recognized by the bartenders. They act as if they don't need to care about their patrons that help pay their paycheck. Have passion in your job or go do something else.

Loved it at San Marcos location but this location is not the same. Atmosphere wasn't as good and the food was cold.

Horrible service, wait staff was unprofessional and was making fun of customers. One of the managers named Connor Came across rude, abrupt in his attempt to address the problem. The General Manager stepped in and tried to fix the unprofessional atmosphere. Unfortunately, the entire wait staff demonstrated disrespect toward GM. Burger was dry and the bartenders paid more attention to their cell phones than the customers. I won't be back.

This place is usually great but not so much tonight. The steak, chicken strips and even the French fries were tough. How can you make tough French fries?? Super disappointed!!

Have never had a bad meal from here. Service on the other hand is spotty. When I've gone in to this location on very busy days the service has been better than on days when there are only six people sitting at the bar. If your not a regular, they don't have any interest serving you.
