I loved the Bloody Mary, but the Fried Mushrooms were horrible.
Yesterday was the first time I was very frustrated with our experience. The waiter didn't seem to like that we were even there. It took 15 min until he took our drink order then another 15 to bring it. He then disappeared to finally come back and get our order. Then our food took another 45 min before it came out. Not once did he say I am sorry, he didn't even acknowledge that it was taking forever.
The place had the worst service/food and the waitress sucked!! Would recommend Red Robbins for the best service/waitress food and cold beer..
54th street has always been great. I usually go to the one off 1604 & Culebra. This was the first time at this location. My soup was cold. The rice was cold not even room temperature as if it WAS sitting out. The tortillas were cold and stuck together. Nice waitress. Overall will not be returning back to this location.
Food was good... but had the slowest service in the world. Ordered my kids meals with our appetizers. Kids were done with their dessert before we got our salads. Took over 30 mins to get our steaks. Kitchen was supposedly busy @ 6:00. pm on a Wednesday night.
