Ordered by phone, told it would be an hour. Once we got there after 1 hour and 15 minutes. We were told it would be another 30 minutes by (Neil) the manager. We finally got our food after I went inside to cancel it, this was after 1hour and 45 minutes. Neil himself brought the food out. I should have checked it. Got home and one meal was missing and one was cold. Tried to call Neil and the person answering the phone hunk up twice, then was on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to give up. RecommendedOur waitress was outstanding! She was very friendly, very prompt, checked on us regularly, gave excellent customer service!
Yesterday during lunch while visiting the Stone Oak, TX store, there was an emergency that left me very disturbed. My Sister and I had just placed our order, when we heard a big thump across the dining area. We look over to witness your hostess by the name of Michelle fall to her knees, then very hard in the brick wall with her head, then to the floor. Went there for date night last night. Got the app. Got the free gringo and chips. That was delicious. I ordered two sandwich meals because I couldn’t decide on if I wanted a fish sandwich or a burger. So I got both. Burger was great. The fish sandwich which I ordered fried with no sauce and tarter on the side came out grilled with “cum sauce” as the runner put it (not comeback sauce... because that’s what she calls it in the back because it makes the cooks laugh and misspoke). Waited 10 minutes after being seated before being approached by server. Beer was cold and food was good so that made up for the wait.
