We have been going there 2/3 times a month to go have drinks and spend quite a bit of cash at the bar we have made the 9 Happy hour several times but imagine our surprise to find that the menu that says Happy Hour everyday 9pm to close in big bold letters isn't exactly true. Took to long and food cold and my drink was not all that,
So this happened at your restaurant on Saturday, March 13th....
Went there last night to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday. They told us the wait would about 2 hours, but usually that is never the case at most restaurants. They say an 1-2 hours and you are usually seated within 45mins. Not at this place. They completely ruined my daughter's special day. We waited an hour then asked how much longer and the hostesses were so rude and said, "it's only been 58mins you have to wait". We at least go once or twice a week and have had a good experience but yesterday (Saturday) we went and it was around 7 o'clock and the waitress seem to be tired and we asked her if she was OK and she said she was tired and had work the day before which was Friday till 2:30 but she didn't know that they have happy hour everyday and that it started at 9 but it just wasn't that we order drinks throughout the night and they were taking long getting them and even when we finally got my drink and it was the wrong one or it was ma... read more
My hubby and I have been to this location many times and have never had any problems. We went last night and asked for a table instead of a booth since I've been having some back problems. The hostess went and asked a manager to see how long the wait would be and he came and said it would be like and hour and half since there were several groups that had to be seated 1st. My daughter likes this place, she kept saying it's really good. Yesterday was my first time here, not really impressed!! Food was good but not great, ended up with a stomach ache. The breading on the chicken fried steak was too hard, tasted like the frozen kind you buy at the grocery store. Not likely to go back, sorry.
Its a nice place to have some drinks and dinner, the only thing was that our drinks took longer than expected for some reason about 15min, when they finally got them, we order dinner and the dinner was faster then the drinks.
