I was very disappointed in my dinner. It had come highly recommended by friends. The appetizer was very small for the price and we had to ask for things, such as mayo and rice that was ordered several times before we finally got it. My hamburger was good but my sister in laws tortilla was cold and the meat was not very flavorful. Then the bill ended up being messed up.

First of all, our steaks were undercooked. So we returned them & second time around our steaks were worse and still undercooked. By the time our steaks were brought, all our family were done with their meals. I guess the cooks don’t know how to cook steaks. We will never return to this location. We didn’t even get a discount of any sort for their mistakes. Bad customer service!!

I expected there to be at least a 30 min given that we went on a Sunday afternoon. However, it was only two of us in my party. Two families of 4 + arrived after us and were seated before us. When the whole time there had been a row of booths completely empty for a party of two. Food was okay. Also too many teenagers working the front , some guy kept showing his chest tattoos to his girl co workers. We will not be returning for our family birthday dinners. They would accommodate a party of 20 because it was a Friday night. Our food came out wrong and at the end the server overcharged all our tickets and never came back with some of the change!
I didn’t get everything I ordered. The waiter checked on us once. And I ordered a drink and it didn’t anything like it!
Long wait, uninterested waitstaff, high waitstaff to patron ratio, sub-par food, waitstaff seemed annoyed with questions about gluten-free options and didn’t seem to care that there was a medical reason behind our request. We will not be returning.
There were 3 ladies at the front assisting the customers sign in telling them it was 1 hr wait and as some walked away more came in and the time increased to 1 1/2 hr wait. About 50 people left to eat somewhere else. We insisted and waited our 1 hr was 25 minutes. It really pissed me off Andy family wouldn’t let me complain till after we ate, that they had 10 open tables and weren’t sitting families down.
