My mother and my sister went there this last Monday and parked our truck right in front of the restaurant. They came out after to find out truck broken into and what they stole was my sisters Air MAC. It had over 5 years of work from her university and was gone. She had it in her backpack in the back seat. My mother then went inside and spoke with Manuel the manager at this location and she asked him if this has happened before. He said yes! If u read my comments u dont need my review, but here it goes anyway. Got served some half done wings at happy hour with hardly no one at the bar then had to wait almost 20 min for my other food and my salad. Manager came over and assisted then when he left they still didn’t get it right. Very piss poor customer service
After a long working week, all I wanted was some good food and a great drink. The waitress was nice, food was just okay the drinks suck at lest my drink & to top of off, we got seated at a table that seem for children. I hadn't been to this place due to a previous bad experience but decided to give it another try-well should have never done it. No more next time for me....
I server was amazing but my Mac was dry it was heated up to long!! And KFC WASH dry!! We waited almost an hour for food to come out for A manager to say there is no more bake patatoe!! And the manager was being roud!! Another manager came out to fix the problem and he was professional about everything
My steak was burnt on the edges and had a cold spot in the middle, our server forgot to put in our appetizer order and brought it out as our main meal was being served, I told her to take it off my bill because it supposed to be an appetizer not desert.
Buenisimo...muy amable el personal y te traen tu comida muy rápido....Lo recomiendo
It was ok.. i like the gringo sauce.. i prefer bubbas 33 over this place any day. I don't think i will be returning. Our waitress/ waiter (not to sure exactly.. kind of a toss up..) was very attentive and quick to take out order... that's the only reason i ask giving this place 2 stars. Overall very disappointed in the food. Drive thru fast food trumps the food quality any day...
Garbage bartenders. Great food. Piss poor drinks.
Charbroiled burgers....this place sucks much like burger king. The waiter had no idea they are charbroiled. I told him I wasn't happy with it, I didn't even eat it and he still didn't take it off the bill. Bubba 33's is much better.
