The ability to transfer calls to our cell phones and track customer requests. The web interface is great and really has kept us in tune with all the calls coming in.
Helps me keep in touch with my clients who spread between the US, Canada, the UK, Ukraine, Israel and Australia. It has all the features I need, the most important the ability to add other people on the call. Its cost effective, cheaper than any other online phone service and great quality, never experienced down-time or a bad connection. This is very important to my business because I close all of my deals over the phone.

We came to a new appreciation for 8x8 when were able to expand into a new market segment using associates that work remotely.
