I started my business back in 2011. We are a call center. I love the fact that 8x8 grew with me. I was able to upgrade my services, change services, and tweek till I had exactly what I needed. Customer service and support are always on point when it comes to helping me find a solution. It is important that the software I use be up to date and consistent. Since we are spread out across the country in 4 different offices we have the ability to see who is available for calls as well as being able to see if someone is off that day or just not available due to meetings or breaks and this enables us to handle incoming calls for co workers more effectively.
We are a small startup company and our employees are always on the run. We like the ability to always stay in touch as the system can be set to ring our desk phones and cell phones at the same time so we never miss a call. We can seamlessly flip calls between our desk phones and our cell phones, so we are not tied to our desks either. When we do miss a call, we get an email with the sound file attached so we can listen to it on any sound enabled device.
