8X8 is exactly what we needed from a communications solution! I cannot rave about it enough and continue to refer it to my clients. The service is exceptional with few if any dropped calls. It is easy to transfer customer calls or send collected voicemails. The chat feature is especially helpful to reach out to those customers who prefer SMS text as a means of communication.

The phone service and the responsiveness from the teams at 8x8 has been absolutely wonderful. We had a number of hiccups getting our business number ported, but since then, everything has been smoother than silk. The app is easy to use, both from your computer and from your phone. Great for our small business!
