Customer service and sales people were very helpful
Service has been fairly good. Occasionally the system freezes and has to be "toggled". Once or twice had to call in to receive messages because the system was down. Overall fairly happy with the service and customer service has been helpful.
We do really like our service with 8x8. However...it would be even better if your documentation was more complete and updated to reflect your current screens and system. And, your onboarding is pretty self-service with our kind of business. We needed a bit more hand holding than was provided.
Very personal one on one attention was the most important over the phone and email with Brian Holt, great job!
The experience of setting up my system (small...three lines, one extension) for auto-attendant call processing was made much easier because of the responsive support I received, both from the Help Desk (particularly, Anuraag) and my account rep, Kevin. The online tools work quite well overall, although there are some idiosyncrasies that sometimes try one's patience. Generally speaking, though, the system is very powerful and I am quite happy with my decision to go with 8x8.
I wish there were more options for the fax, like, faxing to multiple numbers at the same time, multiple users being able to fax from different terminals using the same number, why can't a fax be assigned to a group?
8x8's basic VOIP service is ok. The Support team is friendly and does a good job with follow-up. That said, we started off poorly with one of two individuals having no service for lengthy period of time. Then we couldn't access call logs for many weeks. The contacts functionality is extremely constrained due to poor import functionality. Finally, the new release features have repeatedly seem to heavily focus on time spend building chat - which we have no interest in seeing built out in 8x8 - we wish 8x8 would shore up ... read more
8x8 has been easy to work with. Their support services responsive and professional. Their phone service reliable with constant up-time. We really have no complaints.
