Using 8x8 for our soft phone VOIP service has been an absolute pleasure. Managing an office is no easy task. Taking care of clients, managing phones and faxes, etc. 8x8 makes this task a lot easier. Having everything in one place makes things easily accessible. You don't have to waste time dialing a phone number because all you need to do is click on it. I had a good VOIP phone service through a competitor. But I had two problems. The laws had changed that required VOIP to be HIPAA compliant. At the same time I was looking for video conferencing capabilities. Enter 8x8. My other provider asked 'why does the VOIP service need to be HIPAA compliant?' 8x8 was ready out of the box. The iPhone application is great and I can video chat with patients now in a completely HIPAA reliant manner.
Best part of 8x8 is ability to transfer calls to our cell phone or alt lines so that we can be mobile with our business. Excellent service!
