google apps integration. No reason to keep a company directory anymore or remember extensions. With comcast we couldn't see coworkers and had to send out directories monthly since we are growing fast. I like that we can see their call status also.
It is great to have a virtual office. We are busy traveling around and we have all of our 8x8 tools everywhere we go.

Solid over all. A few issues: * Our sales people often open many tabs to work. Your app stops working after 5 tabs are open :( * contact search seems too wild at times. I type in a number and some contacts in the results returned only match the last 4 digits. search should only bring back exact matches.

I really appreciate being able to get my voicemail calls in my email.
The simplicity which I find with managing the calls using 8x8 is incomparable.. Used many other such softwares in the past but this one seems to be the best so far... It has exceeded my expectations ... happy to use the service
8x8 android app! As a service manager I am always on the move. Having the app and answering the call anywhere I want is a huge bonus for me. Also when I need to place call during office hours and I am not the in the office, I feel as if I have the office phone in my hand with all the contacts and I can place call any time and from any where I want! We just switched to 8x8 services to replace a 20 year old NEC PBX, and I am impressed by the number of permagrins walking around the office :) 3 months after deployment I still get excited comments from someone finding a bell or whistle that they didn't even know was available. We thought NEC Unified Communication was cutting edge, but 8x8 CC blows it away. Thank you 8x8!!
