OPTIONS! My office got integrated into the 8x8 system several years ago and I have to say we are pleased with it primarily for one big reason. It leaves us with so many options with little effort. We can edit any of our settings, forward calls, change hold music, get voice mails, etc from anywhere with very simple user-friendly steps that make it easy to do. With so many other things to concentrate on at work, having a system that is user-friendly and flexible is exactly what we need. Thanks 8x8!
We love 8x8's voicemail service. When I'm away from my office, the audio emails are very convenient and I can listed to them from anywhere.
The ability to use a mobile phone as an extension of a desk phone with the 8x8 mobile app.

We love the app that allows us to answer our phone from anywhere. I do a lot of traveling and use the app to make and receive calls. No matter where I am, my customers always feel like there is someone in the office. I am able to provide the impression that our small office is always manned when in fact I can answer the phone from anywhere.
8x8 is the bomb! My team are always connected, no matter where we are. From a quick IM to a video call to a full-blown team conference, 8x8 can sort it in seconds.
Our favorite service about 8x8 is the Account Manager and how easy it is to use. Previously, to simply forward a phonecall took 5 minutes. Now we can do almost anything inside of AM in a matter of minutes.
It's great to have the 8x8 virtual office. We use it all the time!
